The RKF-100 custom rack mount fan was designed for use where installations require that the electronics equipment be confined to a less than ideal airspace. The RKF-100 features three, 4.75” fans to achieve high volume airflow and effectively cool the surrounding electronics, thereby preventing heat related system failures.

The fan can be mounted in a standard 19” rack. Airflow can be directed to the front, back, up or down as
warranted. The unit has two thermal sensors. One is internal, which turns on the cooling fan when the ambient
temperature around it reaches a determined limit. The second is a pig-tailed, external thermostat switch, which
can be attached to a particular piece of electronics to automatically control the thermally governed fans.

The RKF-100 can be daisy-chained to enable one fan to pull heated air upwards while the other fan pulls the air
downwards. The fan is available in 2U height.
